The Fairwork Ombudsman has just released an Interactive Template Tool

No need to start from scratch when we now have access to these great tools.

- Agreement to take Cash our annual leave or take annual leave in advance (yes you need a written and signed agreement!)

- Notice of requirement to take annual leave for close down

- Casual conversion from part-time or full time.

- End of probation letter (when nearing 3 months)

- Notice of requirement to take annual leave (for those employees who are carrying too much)

- Warning letter
